Tools to Use: Stripe (http://www.stripe.com )

Pathway:

  1. Stripe - https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

    1. Login using your credentials, saved in 1Password

  2. Search adopter email using the search bar at the top of the screen

  3. Select the adopter email and click “ (blue star) Refund” in the upper-right

  4. Enter requested amount (Dollar Amount field in ticket)

  5. Send PermaLink for receipt back to the original requester.
