1. Stripe - https://dashboard.stripe.com/login

   1. Login using your credentials, saved in 1Password

2. Search adopter email using the search bar at the top of the screen

3. Select the adopter email and click “ ↩️ Refund” in the upper-right

4. Enter requested amount (Dollar Amount field in ticket in Ticket)

   1. Select on the “Reverse the associated transfer” item, but not the application fee item. (see image)

5. Send PermaLink for receipt back to the original requester.

   1. The PermaLink is in the receipt (toward the bottom of the transaction page).
