We have, under construction, an AI bot (called a GPT) that has been trained with as much internal documentation as possible. We periodically update our documentation and curate the knowledge base so that the answers are more accurate.

Sometimes, when a common ticket comes in, like creating users or resetting passwords, Fetch can produce step-by-step instructions faster than searching or typing it out, yourself. Especially for new coordinators, this is a great way to explore tickets that are more technical than your current understanding or double-check support ideas you might have.

Warning: Fetch is wrong - a lot - so please do not just push a ticket into Fetch and copy-paste the result without first verifying.
