When Tickets are pointing toward a common issue, it can help to link them together so that support, success and engineering staff can get a complete picture.

To do that

  1. Click “Tickets” in the lower-right of an open tick.

  2. Click “+ Add” in Tickets box

  3. Select “Existing Tickets” (instead of creating a new one)

  4. Search for the other tickets with similar issue and link them to the ticket.
