Customer Success is different from Customer Support in that Success is proactive.

All proactive customer success stems from regularly checking in and on our current customers.

When we check in on a customer, we want to follow steps to make sure we’re providing a consistent experience.

Company Records

  • Lifecycle Stage is: Customer

  • Lead Status is: In Progress

  • Customer Success Manager is: Me (can be dynamically edited)

  • Last Activity Date is: More than 90 days ago
