Zoom Setup For All Team Meeting

Set Up Break Out Rooms

• Sign in to slack using Harry's email/password

• In the bottom footer toolbar select Breakout Rooms

• Select the option for let participants choose room

• Choose to create 4 breakout rooms and rename each room:

  • English

  • Portuguese

  • Learning English

  • Learning Portuguese

• Set the option to auto close 10 minutes

• When ready click Broadcast and this will start the countdown timer

Set Up Screen Sharing

• In the bottom footer toolbar select Share Screen > Advanced Sharing Options…

• Under Who can share? select the option all participants

Interpretation

• In the bottom footer toolbar select Interpretation

• Select English on the left and Portuguese on the right

• Select Lucas to put in Portuguese
