How to Log In to ShelterBuddy Accounts

Unlike Adopets, we use a single administrative account to log in to ShelterBuddy accounts.

 

  1. Visit project.shelterbuddy.com

  2. Select your shelter via the drop-down menus. Note that there is a separate menu for USA shelters and Australian shelters.

  3. Log into the shelter

    1. Username: SBSupport

    2. Password: <redacted. See manager for password.>
