Maybe this will be a full guide later about all data migration, but it’s a placeholder for now to start a Jira ticket for this.

Create the ticket in Hubspot with the following properties:
Priority: Must Have
Labels:
data-migrationDue Date: The customer’s realistic
Go Live Datein the Hubspot Ticket.
Under construction: Do we mess with assignments? Or is this handled upon acceptance by engineering?
Workflow TBD: Upon the ticket being created, engineering is notified. If the ticket hasn’t been actioned in a measurable way within an agreed upon amount of time, notifications will be sent to related parties to make sure the migration is being planned for.
Workflow: If card isn’t sufficient for engineering to action, they flag the issue in Jira, which creates a visible marker in the Hubspot Onboarding Pipeline.
