BC Pet Identification site rules

These are tips to check to make sure pets are pushed through to the Pet Identification site for BCSPCA (tough to remember because they're different to the normal rules).

Adoptions: Make sure the animal has a Fee Group selected that includes Registration:

Reclaims: This is not dependant on the "Microchip - charge to customer" option but the Reclaim fees assigned to the pet. Again, it must have Registration selected:

ID & Services: Again, this isn't based on the group (e.g. Microchip) but the product assigned. They have a special set up only available if the item is placed in the Pet Identification group:

To find products that will push to the BC Pet ID site, filter by the Pet Identification Group.
