To enable this, the engineers must make configuration changes to the customer's account. So, out of the box, it's not enabled for our customers, so we have to enable it.

 

Follow these steps: 

  1. Send customer the article on publish to web

  2. Notify engineering to setup a customer for publish to web and set appropriate priority. It takes only a few minutes to do.

  3. Engineering will confirm when it is completed.
