  1. Customer requests API access via support@shelterbuddy.com

  2. We create an adoptable animals search group (or if there is already one then skip this step)

  3. We grant API access and send login details and search group name to poundpaws (Brittany Bloomer info@poundpaws.com.au) - user https://strongpasswordgenerator.com/  

  4. System options > Set User Type for user

  5. From this screen search for the user that you created and then select "external api" and click update.

Suggested verbiage:

Hi Brittany,

[Organisation name] has been set up for Pound Paws: [Site url here]

Login:

Password:

The search group is called:

Regards,

[your name]

User passwords need to be unique to each site. Use https://strongpasswordgenerator.com/ to generate them.
