Digital Signature How to Enable

Below are the steps to enable digital signatures

  1. Enable the customise option "DigitalSignaturesTabletEnabled"

  2. Change contracts to include %%SignedDocuments%%, this will print the whole signature information so multiple signatures and dates, you do not need to have anything else for this. No underlines or labels.

  3. Confirm the admin option for "Signatures administration" shows

  4. Confirm that receipts are GENERIC - signatures will not work with custom receipts. Report any custom receipts to Cameron. 

  5. Ensure the organisation's profile is marked for Digital signatures.
