Set up interstate users for RSPCA QLD

If you get a request for this via Zendesk, it is something we used to do for RSPCA Qld but we no longer provide this service for security reasons. 

They need to contact an administrator from the State they wish to set up logins for directly now, so please ask them to redirect their enquiry.
