Revert Surgery Card to Original Version

Surgery Cards are migrating to templated documents. If there are any issues, follow these steps to revert them back to the original version if required: 

  1. Go to an animal record > medical notes

    1. Open the surgery card in a new tab (this will be the templated document replacement)

    2. Open the system options in a new tab

  2. In the system options tab, edit the customise option “SurgeryCardLink” to have the value /animal/forms/surgeryCard.asp

    1. Sync customise options

  3. Refresh the tab with the medical notes page still open and click surgery card

  4. Confirm the old surgery card displays

  5. In the other tab that has the templated document, you can compare it with the new form.

To change back to using templated documents:

  1. Go into System Options

  2. Edit the customise option “SurgeryCardLink” to have the value /Forms/AnimalFormsPrinted.aspx

  3. Sync customise options

Remember to sync Customise Options for AWS if required also.
