Create Upgrade Notice in Mailchimp

Open Mailchimp
Click on "All Campaigns".
In the top right, click on "Create Campaign"
Select Email + Regular
Give the campaign a name e.g. "Shelter Buddy Upgrade Month YYYY"
Assign the following:
To: Click "Edit Recipients" and select either AU or US audience.
From: This will default - leave this
Subject: enter a subject, such as "Shelter Buddy Upgrade Month YYYY"
Content: Click Edit Design to create content.
Choose Template
Make sure the "Scheduled Between" dates and times are correct.
Update the top section to include a brief summary of what's in the upgrade and a screenshot to illustrate.
Box 1: Day to Day Impact - include notes for changes that users will notice immediately
Box 2: Enhancements - These are changes that are less obvious: new features or reports, improvements to the way an existing feature works and so on.
Box 3: New Help Center Resources - add any new documents from the Knowledge Base.
once content added, click Continue
Click Send
TIP: you can send a test email using the "Send a Test Email" link in the Content box under the preview.
