Setting up for Petszel

his is how to set up Petzel API access for a customer: 

Set up a normal user and set them as an External API via System ops > Set User Type for User

Provide site with this information for their API login: 

Site url:  https://[ShelterName].shelterbuddy.com/api/v2/
Username: petzel.api 
Password: Use Strong Password Generator

Give this information to the customer so they can pass it along to Petzel.

Go to https://sitename.shelterbuddy.com and add /administration/LookupItems/LookupListItem.aspx?l=152 at the end (e.g. https://sitename.shelterbuddy.com/administration/LookupItems/LookupListItem.aspx?l=152)

Add an option for Petszel and ensure it's active. 

NB: sometimes, new entries show up 'blank' at first from the user's end. If this happens, notify the engineers. It's a quick fix so post as a "today" job.
