Blocks were introduced in upgrade launched mid-December 2015. The block was added in because a customer was somehow creating duplicate receipts.
A message will now show up if a receipt is created on the same day as a previous receipt that matches the following:
The same user
The same batch
The same person
The same receipt cateogry (e.g. adoption or stray)
The same animal (or this is ignored if both receipts have no animals)
Problem: customer complains that pop up is deploying when creating a "new" receipt that says something like "create new receipt".
Response: Ask the customer for some details about how they are entering these receipts and see if it matches the logic above.
