Trouble shooting when DoesCheckReceiptDuplicates = True

Blocks were introduced in upgrade launched mid-December 2015. The block was added in because a customer was somehow creating duplicate receipts.

A message will now show up if a receipt is created on the same day as a previous receipt that matches the following:

• The same user

• The same batch

• The same person

• The same receipt cateogry (e.g. adoption or stray)

• The same animal (or this is ignored if both receipts have no animals)

Problem: customer complains that pop up is deploying when creating a "new" receipt that says something like "create new receipt". 

Response: Ask the customer for some details about how they are entering these receipts and see if it matches the logic above.
