Setting Up Best Friends / Shelter Pet Data Alliance (SPDA)

This is just a standard API set up: 

Set up a normal user and set them as an External API via System ops > Set User Type for User

Provide site with this information for Best Friends: 

Site url:  https://[ShelterName].shelterbuddy.com/api/v2/
Username: bestfriends.api
Password: Use Strong Password Generator

Give this information to the customer for them to pass along to Best Friends / Shelter Pet Data Alliance.
